What this site is
This site describes how I work and what I offer. It is information, not an offer that can be accepted online. Any engagement — a diagnostic, an operating partner seat or a build sprint — starts only once we have both signed a written proposal or agreement, and that document sets the scope, fees and terms.
Alarifa provides technology and operations advisory. Nothing on this site is investment, tax or legal advice.
The checklist and other material
The checklist “Is your fund-ops team ready for AI?” and other material on this site are free, general guidance. They are not tailored to your firm and are provided as they are, without any guarantee that they are complete or suited to your situation. Use them within your own organisation as you see fit; please do not republish or sell them without asking first.
Intellectual property
The text, design and material on this site belong to Evgeny Goncharov (Alarifa) unless stated otherwise. Names and trademarks of other companies belong to their owners and are used only to describe work or experience.
